Due to our growth, we’re looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager. In this role, you’ll carry your own book of business, developing relationships with our network of nationwide security dealers. Your success will be dependent on your ability to create and sell technology solutions. Your customers will come to see you as their go-to person for ensuring success.

Responsibilities

  • Sells security audio/video and access control technology solutions that meet your customers’ needs
    1. – this includes educating and overcoming objections, as well as delivering superior support
  • Establishes customer relationships to understand their businesses and how to help make them successful
  • Services existing accounts and develops new accounts by maximizing direct communication with decision makers
  • Determines job specs and product solutions
  • Uncovers new opportunities through outreach, referrals and networking – no cold calling
  • Maintains sales pipeline integrity by establishing realistic expectations for sales opportunities and delivering on those expectations
  • Understands business intelligence including what our competitors are doing and what sets us apart
  • Establishes pricing, develops bids and walks customers through them

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3 to 5 years of successful inside or outside sales experience
