QUALIFYING ORDERS

• Bulk orders must be received by end of day Friday, May 16th to qualify.
• All orders must be placed over the phone with an account manager. Online orders are not eligible.
• Minimum $10,000 of Alibi-branded products
  • Excludes third-party gear and drop-ship items.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

• Program applies to current, in-stock SKUs only.
• Backordered or non-Alibi items do not qualify.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities on specific SKUs to ensure availability across our dealer network.

PAYMENT TERMS

• A single purchase order (PO) required.
• PO must include:
  • Alibi SKUs
  • Quantities
  • Unit pricing
  • Ship dates noted below
  • Defined payment type - credit card or Terms
• Customer account must be in good standing and the qualifying order value must be within the current credit terms.
• Orders not placed on Net 30 account, require valid credit card before orders can be placed and released.

STAGED SHIPPING AND BILLING SCHEDULE
Orders ship in three equal parts based on the schedule below:

• 33.3% – Ships on May 31
• 33.3% – Ships on June 30
• 33.3% – Ships on July 31

Corresponding bills issued upon shipment according to current dealer terms. All inventory will be equally divided between shipments, unless otherwise specified.
