We're on the lookout for a dynamic Inside Sales Account Manager who can drive sales of our products and services by exceeding opportunity-based sales targets. As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll utilize your exceptional telephone sales and communication skills to reach and surpass business goals. This role requires a proactive approach to generating sales leads, employing a consultative sales method, and building strong relationships with both existing and potential clients. Responsibilities

  • Manage existing accounts while actively seeking out new opportunities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients through effective communication
  • Identify client needs through strategic questioning
  • Promote technology solutions that foster long-term customer loyalty
  • Drive deals to closure with a sense of urgency
  • Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Support marketing efforts such as trade shows and events as needed
  • Proactively reach out to existing customers to upsell and cross-sell via phone and email
  • Convert inbound prospect inquiries into sales by addressing objections effectively

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of proven sales or telesales experience
  • Experience working with Security Dealers, Installers, and Integrators preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Proficiency in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, and time management
  • Track record of success in navigating complex sales processes involving multiple decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of retail and/or wholesale sales principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and objection resolution skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Proficiency in basic calculations and mathematical figures
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for sales events
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and integrity
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management software and MS Office preferred
  • Background in Software and IT hardware sales a plus
