No. If you are an active Brivo Reseller Partner, you must continue to purchase your Access Control products from Brivo. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your Alibi Dedicated Account Manager, or our Cloud Access Specialists at 877.917.9076 to discuss.

Alibi Security will coordinate fulfillment of your orders – both from Alibi inventory and/or direct shipment from Brivo. If you have questions about your orders, please contact your Alibi Dedicated Account Manager.
Alibi Security will provide first-line technical support for all Brivo products and solutions. If Alibi is unable to resolve your issue, we will triage with the Brivo support team. Additionally, Brivo will continue to provide direct support to all Brivo Reseller Partners who call Brivo Technical Support line.
Please call Alibi Security with any technical support issues or product concerns. Alibi will work with Brivo to diagnose the issue, and to initiate a return process if necessary. Brivo will manage all returns and exchanges directly with Brivo Reseller Partners – from RMA authorization to fulfillment.
